New Company Law by end of current fiscal

Union Minister for Corporate Affairs and Minority Affairs Salman Khursheed has informed that the country may have its all new Company Law by the end of this financial year 2010-11. The minister has informed this fact in a statement.

In order to enter into agreements with the European Commission for its restoration plans, Bank of Ireland has summarized its plans of selling off its pension and life insurance divisions, asset management wing and other smaller enterprises.
Bank of Ireland is the only one among all the top level banks of the country, which is not expected to do away with the ownership of the Government, under the present bail-out plans.
Toyota and Mazda Reach a Deal to Supply Hybrid Technology

Toyota Motor and Mazda Motor are reported to undergo a deal according to which, Japan's largest automaker will supply its hybrid technology under license to Mazda.
The car is revealed to be sold only in Japan initially, although Mazda said it hoped eventually to launch it in overseas markets as well.

An exclusive worldwide licensing agreement for the commercialization of fostamatinib disodium (R788) - Rigel's late-stage treatment for rheumatoid arthritis has been signed mutually by Astrazeneca and Rigel Pharmaceuticals.
The drug has completed phase 11 programme and is the oral Spleen Tyrosine Kinase inhibitor for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.
