On Saturday, the Standard Chartered Mumbai Marathon will witness a group of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender (LGBT) sports buffs from Delhi, making their debut in the city.
Nuria Quarol, 31, revealed that she is thrilled to participate in the event. She further added that she has been taking part in the event from the past two years and is of the view that the half marathon is easy.
The event has been organized by Delhi Frontrunners, a group which supports an alternative lifestyle. The group organizes events including walks and jogs at various parks in Delhi.

Standard Chartered Bank is riding high on success. It reported an operating profit of S$1 billion in Singapore last year, which had swelled by 17% from 2008. Wholesale banking and consumer banking are said to be two domains responsible for increase in earnings.
