Short Film on Breast Cancer Survivors Activities

To mark the end of breast cancer month, a 30-minute film on the efforts done by 500 breast cancer survivors to encourage breast cancer screenings would be shown to hundreds of women. The event would be held on Sunday in Taipei at the plaza opposite to Taipei City Hall.

Taiwanese handset maker recently presented a video featuring its upcoming Beats Audio technology-enabled smartphone, called the HTC Sensation XE.
Set to be released on 1st of October, the HTC Sensation XE comes with Beats earbuds that allows users to get the handset automatically switched to the "studio-quality audio" Beats by Dr Dre.

Taiwanese handset maker HTC on Wednesday took wraps off its first Beats Audio technology-based smartphone, called the HTC Sensation XE.
The HTC Sensation XE will come with Beats earbuds, which can be connected to get the handset automatically switched to the Beats by Dr Dre profile, delivering audio tracks tuned particularly for the headphones, to provide improved quality of sound at no additional cost.

Taiwanese handset maker HTC has rolled out a new teaser video for the recently announced Windows Phone 7 Mango-based smartphone, called the HTC Radar.
The HTC Radar, which is slated to arrive in October with a starting price tag of £349, was officially unveiled last week, alongside the HTC Titan smartphone.
Hospital Negligence Results In Transplant of HIV Body Parts

Taipei-based NTUP posted on its website that receptionist by mistake heard the word “nonreactive” during a telephonic conversation where donors’ HIV test report was being discussed.

The National Taiwan University Hospital in Taipei has been censured for the gaffe it committed by erroneously transplanting organs of a HIV infected person in five patients. The heart, liver, lungs and two kidneys of the donor have been transplanted in those patients.
