Brent Impey has announced to leave the post of Chief Executive of MediaWorks by the end of this year after serving the firm for about ten years. He would, however, continue to guide the business as a part-time consultant until early 2011.
Hailing the team he has nurtured, Impey added, "I am pleased that I have been able to develop a very strong management team and I step down from the CEO role knowing that I will be leaving the company in good hands."
Impey appreciated the management team for its dedication, rectitude and hard work, hoping over all progress of the firm in the years to come.
Meanwhile, Board Chairman Brent Harman credited Mr. Impey for the success of the business, remembering his role as a Chief Executive of the firm. He added that the firm would soon appoint new CEO for its radio and television division.
