Auckland house prices increased in November comparing to the month of October whereas the sales percentage also geared up in November. Barfoot & Thompson is considered to be one of the largest real estate firms in Auckland and a spokesperson of this company has already sold 668 houses to different buyers so far. It is a 19.1% increase in comparison to October. The average price in the sale of real estate is more or less higher comparing to the last year. The sale price was $554,000 which is the highest average sales price on the monthly basis.

Barfoot & Thompson who is the managing director, high value houses are sold in comparatively large number. There is a steady increase in the sale of the real estate industry.

The company has also declared that the weekly renting charge of the house increased by $2 to $411. However, the demand for rented houses in Auckland remains excellent as people like to take houses on rent in different parts of Auckland area.

Colliers has also said that sales and leasing mainly in Auckland are now conducted normally as the cloud of volatility has been dispersed from the sky of Auckland real estate industry.
