26 companies have got a $92 million grant from the government for better business research and development. This has been done so to provide better technology research and development in the country.
This grant which has been given to various companies ranges from $490,000 to $7.2m which was declared in the last budget in May 2010. Company's has been given this for better technology research nah development.
The minister of research and technology Wayne Mapp said that this grant will help in the development of the country in the outside. This will also help us in the foreign exchange and export business in the near future.
Today New Zealand has gained in the world market and to stay in the business, the country has to come out with various policies and rules. In today's global market where there is cut throat competition, every country has to gear up to survive.
By investing more on the research and human resource, company will get greater opportunity in the new world. There are various sectors where the investment has been done from manufacturing to software.
