Hyatt New Zealand will not manage Hotel and ResidencesAfter the recently concluded sale of Hyatt Regency Auckland, two partners- Hyatt of New Zealand Limited and GPR Hotels Limited have decided that Hyatt will no longer be looking after Hotel and Residences.

GPR Hotels is the new owner of Hyatt and the new stand will become effective from January 20 of next year. It has also been decided that Hyatt Hotels & Resorts will continue to manage

Hyatt Hotel Canberra along with its centers in Melbourne, Sydney, Grand Hyatt Melbourne along with Hyatt Regency Sanctuary Cove, Hyatt Regency Perth, and Hyatt Regency Coolum in Australia.

In another news it was said that Accor which will take over Hyatt Auckland is going to totally rebrand the hotel and change it into five-star Pullman hotel.

Besides Hyatt, Accor has also taken over many other hotels and that has made it the largest hotel group in the country.

Meanwhile, if Hyatt is changed into Pullman hotel then it would be the first of its kind in the country. Pullman already has some 50 hotels world over and is planning to make it to 150 by the end of 2015.
