A diet plan which allows you to eat and get rid of the extra kilos simultaneously is here. It is an approach where you lose weight without feeling hungry.
The editor-in-chief of Health magazine and a co-author with dietician and nutrition expert Frances Largeman-Roth of The CarbLovers Diet says that this is a unique diet plan which unlike other plans bring the food back on your table.
The core formula behind this diet plan is that it do not restrict the carbohydrate rich food, instead it tells you to eat the food like in bananas, oatmeal, beans and lentils, wholegrain pasta, barley, brown rice, peas, polenta, potato chips and rye and pumpernickel bread.
The food rich in carbohydrates and resistant starch is termed as ‘carbstars’ by this diet authors.
The magic works with a component called resistant starch, as it acts like a fibre in the body and then triggers some fat-burning enzymes instead of getting absorbed in small intestines.
This is a 28 day diet plan which offers 1200 calories per day from starch rich food. The 21-days immersion plan after this will satisfy you by letting you eat French toast and chocolates as well.
If the authors are to be believed then the people have lost upto 2.7 kilos in first and amazing 22.6 kilos if followed for 5 months.
