The Two professional Masterton tattooists are demanding some vital law changes in an industry full of amateurs who are not experts of this art and their touch can leave infection and the risk of serious disease.

Mr. Thornton, who is an admirer of Harley Davies and has got lot of professional experience in skin art said that he had imported his tattoo equipment from America and Europe after spending thousands of dollars on tattoo machines, autoclaves and piercing equipment.

Mr. Davies also raised his concern over the same issue saying there were now low-quality tattoo machines being sold through online auction sites that "just anybody can pick up" which makes the entry of amateurs in this industry easy and safe.

He further added that the Ministry of Health had just banned the online selling of the ink which is not enough.

According to him, "There are some home tattooists who are doing good, clean work, but then there are more who are real risks for anybody they touch."

Mr. Davies blamed politicians and councilors for not tightening the laws to take entry this industry due to which many amateur tattooists are getting access to this field and are posing threats to lives and health of many tattoo lovers.
