Google holds back Google TV while Sony shows it off

Google-TVWhile Google has decided that it is not going to showcase the new Google TV during the CES, Sony is already getting a lot of praise for showing off its Internet TV during the event.

In the Sony booth at the CES, its Internet TV is present and surprisingly it has been powered by Google. For those who would have noticed the same TVs during the launch in October, it is easy to understand that there is no change in the software.

However, there is no denying that the concept in itself is good and set top boxes and Logitech Revue embedded in it. But there are problems in the TV interface and keyboard remote control. There is nothing new in this category to offer. The remote control is not at all user-friendly and is a confused lot.

Taking cue from this, it is expected that Google is going to use the best methods in simplify the remote next year.

Meanwhile, all the fans of 3D TV must now look for new venture in which Sports Illustrated has joined hands with PlayStation Network. And they are going to come up with a swimsuit edition before it becomes a regular thing.
