Red Cross to rescue Queensland

After the floods devastated the millions of lives in Queensland, Red Cross society has come forward to rehabilitate the citizens over there. Nancy Kareroa, Red Cross Northland Manager is leading the team sent by New Zealand Red Cross to the devastated Queensland.

Nancy is reportedly known for her management ability, is well -acquaint with disaster management, as she has been associated with various projects of Red Cross society, for a long time now. Nancy cites her most memorable experience of handling 5 cyclones in the Cook Islands, as the bet learned experience, so far.

In the wake of brewing concern over the need of physical presence of Red Cross society, Nancy has been sent to open an office in Queensland. This would not only restore the lost trust of people over the services of Red Cross, but would help to build up more people connection.

She considers personal safety, and volunteers as the key priorities. Moreover, she appealed general public to understand the needs and wants of volunteers and staff.
