Us Air Force HIV+ Sergeant Jailed for Having Sex Parties

Sergeant Mr. David Gutierrez, 43, who is with the US Air Force has been sentenced to 8 years imprisonment for hiding his HIV+ condition and partying sexually in spouse swapping swingers parties.

He will also be dishonourably discharged from his service after he is released from his imprisonment which will be a terrible situation for his as he will certainly require meeting expenses for his treatment of the disease after the release.

He was found guilty of a slew of charges. He begged to the presiding judge at the court martial, Lt. Col. William Muldoon, for mercy by extending his term in prison instead of freeing him early with any further medical benefit as that would be dreadful for him.

A while before the announcement of his sentence, Gutierrez said about his victims, "I hope they understand I never intended to hurt them. I thank God every day that no one has contracted HIV" because of contact with him."

He was convicted of 7 counts each of aggravated assaults and adultery and 1 count of committing an incident of act and disobeying a superior officer's order. He could have been sentenced for more than 50 years.
