Five exciting things to develop Internet Explorer 9

As an industry standard adoption, Microsoft has submitted Tracking Protection technology to the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). The software giant has integrated "do not track" browser technology to its new version of Internet Explorer, IE9 to be launched soon.

The company has assigned the Tracking Protection technology, which was revealed in December, into the IE9 release candidate that was made available on Thursday, while the final edition is expected to release soon.

The new technology is created to allow the IE users to decide about the details of the information, to find out for the advertisers, while they browse and surf the webspace. A senior director of IE business and marketing, Ryan Gavin, detailed during the IE9 RC launch that standardization of Tracking Protection by W3C would lead to the development of an interoperable approach to tackle the tracking problem. He further added that Microsoft is in discussion with other browser makers and advertisers to adopt such a practical interportable technology.

However Mozilla and Google, Microsoft's biggest browser rivals, have taken different approaches to adopt their own "do not track" technologies".
