Ian Powell, the director of the Association of Salaried Medical Specialists was of the view that the inability of the maintaining a regular flow of Doctors overseas and the hitch in replacing them has put many hospitals in a state of acute emergency.

This is not just affecting the organizations, most importantly, is having negative impacts on the patients. Patients are going to suffer a great deal if this issue is not taken care of soon enough.

There are increasing medical mistakes. There is also the lack of answering to the urgent needs of the patients. This is affecting adversely the patients. These small and petty issues might soon lead to a huge medical blunder.

A system could crash up with these small incapabilities. The Health ministry of the country needs to take care of this problem as soon as possible. It is essential t make sure that the needs of the patients are put on the top of the priority list of the hospital. Doctors have to be made available for the need of the patients.
