Apple will launch revised MacBook Pro next week: AppleInsider

AppleInsider has claimed that it revised models of the Apple MacBook Pro notebooks could hit store shelves as soon as next week.

According to AppleInsider, Cupertino-based Apple has already started briefing its operating divisions to be ready for an important product launch that could emerge as early as next week. However, AppleInsider did not mention any specific date for the launch of the concerned product.

But, MacRumors has independently announced that the updated models of the MacBook Pro notebooks would be launched on Thursday, February 24.

Earlier, a Danish blogger, Kenneth Lund, had claimed that a worker of a retail store chain had informed him that updated models of the MacBook Pro would be made available March 1.

The revised MacBook Pro notebooks will reportedly come equipped with Intel's new Sandy Bridge processors, and will not be affected by the recently discovered design flaw in chipsets.

During the last spring, the MacBook Pro was updated with internal changes like faster Intel Core processors, longer battery life and better NVIDIA GPU.
