New Research Detects Cheaters

New Research Detects CheatersYou may now be able to tell how likely your date is to cheat on you simply by listening to the pitch of his or her voice.

A new study led by Assistant Professor David Feinberg shows a relationship between voice pitch, a person’s hormone levels and their tendency towards infidelity. Feinberg says that men with higher testosterone levels have lower-pitched voices while women with high levels of estrogen have high-pitched voices.

The study found that high levels of testosterone (deep voice) in men and high levels of estrogen in women (high-pitched voice) increase their likelihood of cheating on their partner.
