As per leaked pictures of the Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9, the tablet will run on Google’s Android 3.0 (codenamed Honeycomb) operating system, and will feature the Live Panel homescreen, which will bring custom widgets like that of email, news, agenda, weather, gallery, date, buddies now, stock and bookmark.
The new iPad-challenger will come equipped with a WXGA touchscreen with a resolution of 1280 by 800 pixels, a 1GHz dual-core processor and a dual WiFi antenna.
