Parents of the kids who are accused of bullying need to take a stand. The parents must adopt a proactive approach to solve the matter.

Children at schools regularly deal with bullies which is hideous and horrible for them. The parents must encourage their children to come out and talk about it.

A recent cell phone video clip on bullying has gained attention in which an Australian student, Casey Heynes was fighting back against his bullies. The mother of Rotorua who has faced bullies at the age of 8 says has praised the kid and hopes that her son could have done that.

She reveals that facing bullies at a very young age had changed the personality and behavior of his son and his studies are also suffering.

Principals of the schools who have seen the video clip encourages their students to report bullying.

The schools are required to make sure that said junior students feel safe in the school or not. They should make their school a Bully-Proof place. Rotorua Boys High School has started a number of programmes which raises awareness and also offers protection and safety to the students against bullying.
