An uploaded You-tube video of a poor victim snowballed into the corners of the society on April 18. As per a report, the shocking incident happened inside a Baltimore McDonald's when a 14-year-old girl brutally attacked a 22-year-old woman resulting in serious seizures to the victim.

To the surprise of all, the three-minute clip of the harrowing accident captured the insensitive spectators who were enjoying the scene.

Moreover, the video was recorded by one of the witnesses till the time the poor victim suffered a last blow on her head by the attacker, leading to profuse blood flow.

As the county police reach the spot, the police charged her with juvenile crime and the victim was reported to be treated in Franklin Square Hospital Center. Moreover, Equality Maryland has called for state Attorney General, Douglas F. Gansler, to speed up the investigation of the case of the transgender victim.

Shocked with the unfortunate incident, franchise owner, Mitchell McPherson, claimed, " We are shocked by the video from a Baltimore franchised restaurant showing an assault. This incident is unacceptable, disturbing and troubling. Nothing is more important than the safety of our customers and employees in our restaurants. We are working with the franchisee and the local authorities to investigate this matter”.
