The property values have been declined by more than £35,000 from almost £200,000 in last four years. But a recent survey revealed that majority of the people still believes that the costs are too high.

According to the survey, it was revealed that majority of the Britons and Londoners thinks that the property is still overrated, while only one in four people has estimated about the further decline in home values.

The data from property website, Rightmove. co. uk, disclosed that some 25% of people are predicting further drop in property values; the ration has been declined from 32%. Some 40% of people think that home prices will remain same for next 1 year.

Approximately 61% of people in London, 53% at South West, 52% in South East thought of the home prices are very high.

The Director of Rightmove, Miles Shipside, asserted, "There is a growing sense that many homes coming onto the UK housing market are priced too high and this is borne out by the views expressed in this survey”.

Mr. Shipside said that half of the UK’s population feels that the house prices are too high.

The Rightmove also said that sellers have raised the home values in April by 1.7%, which is £4,032.
