Consumer Survey Unveils the Need of Reforms

Consumer Survey Unveils the Need of ReformsOn Tuesday, a consumer report survey had exposed that 64% of Americans had left a store in the past 12months because of its poor services whereas 65% have reported “tremendously annoyed” by the behavior of rude salespeople.

Within the retailers groups, Wal-Mart had ranked the top among the worst customer service providers. However, a Spokesman of the Wal-Mart, Lorenzo Lopez, had denied the findings and claimed that Company polls show that customers are pleased and satisfied with their shopping experience with the Company.

In addition to retail, customers spoke in loud against the technical support providers for various services, including computer, television, and telephone as well as the internet providers. "Sixty seven percent of those surveyed told us they didn't get their problem solved. Their biggest complaints -too long a wait on hold, can't get a human being, and too many menus to navigate to get to a real person, claimed the Tod Marks, Consumer Reports.

During the survey, around 71% respondents complained about the services providers and marked the situation extremely irritating when there is no one to reply a simple phone call. Further, roughly 67% people hang their phones without any assistance or even without getting their problem resolved.
