Cupertino, Calif.-based electronics giant, Apple, has rolled out a free iTunes Festival London 2011 app to allow users to enjoy the music event, which will start off at the Roundhouse on July 1, 2011.
A total of sixty-two artists, including Paul Simon, Coldplay, Park, Linkin Foo Fighters, Duran Duran, Bruno Mars, Adele, My Chemical Romance, Moby and Lang Lang, will perform over the 31 days at the upcoming event in Roundhouse, London.
But, everyone can’t make it to London to enjoy the month-long music event. Thus, Apple launched the iTunes Live to make every show available as a streaming live concert on the iPhone and the iPad.
With AirPlay support on the iPhone and iPad, one can even watch the shows on a big screen television. The Cupertino firm said that it would stream shows in high definition on the iPhone, iPad, iTouch and on the web through iTunes.
Performances will also be made available on demand later, but it is still unclear how long performances on demand would remain available.
The iTunes Festival London 2011, the fifth iTunes festival, will come to an end on July 31.
