A group of four Facebook engineers has reportedly created a new site called Circle Hack, which mimics the way Web search giant Google’s new social-networking site Google+ builds friend lists.
According to TechCrunch, Circle Hack features a drag-&-drop format similar to Circles on Google’s new social network that allows users to organize friends into lists easily and quickly.
Circle Hack imitates several of Google’s social networking site’s features. Just like Circles, Hack is divided into two parts, with top part showing your Facebook friends represented by their name as well as profile picture on a contact card. The lower section of the page is the area where you can create new circles.
Though the new site has been created by Facebook engineers, yet it has so far not been mentioned as an official Facebook product
Meanwhile, the Daily Mail reported that Facebook founder & CEO Mark Zuckerberg announced that the world’s most popular social networking platform would introduce something awesome next week.
The reported announcement triggered speculations that Facebook would launch a new feature for mobile devices such as the iPad.
