Casey Anthony is finally free of the horrible charges of murdering her own 2-year-old daughter, Caylee, by dosing her with chloroform, suffocating her with duct tape, and dumping her in a wooded area, as claimed by the prosecutors during the trail.

Caylee was missing since June 16, 2008, and Casey did not reveal of her going missing and dint even complain to the police for 31 days. Caylee’s body was found 6 months after her death. The mother, Casey Anthony, was under the threat of being sentenced death as a consequence of such a murder. The lawyer, Jose Baez, fighting for Casey had claimed that Caylee died due to drowning in the family swimming pool which was revealed by Caylee’s grandfather George Anthony and his daughter.

Even the forensic report, DNA test proved that the mother Casey was not responsible for the death of her daughter. There was no trace of chloroform found in the car of Casey, where Caylee was hidden as per the charges of the prosecutor.

Since the body of Caylee was too decomposed, so as to derive at real cause of her death so the prosecutor went ahead accusing the mother, but Anthony’s lawyer Jose Baez found it as an advantage for Casey and had presented some reasonable proves to justify the claims and thereby get Casey free of such accuses.
