Marco Loiacono Accused for Performing a Deficient Breast Uplift Surgery

Marco LoiaconoMarco Loiacono accused for providing deficient breast augmentation and breast uplift surgery to the patient, Ms McCormack in 2006, at the former Advanced Cosmetic Surgery clinic at Dublin. Marco Loiacono was being trialed at the High Court, was opposed by Dr. Kevin Cronin, a consultant plastic surgeon, who claimed that breast augmentation was a safe and unfailing treatment, but breast uplifting treatment was difficult and did not possess any guarantee of its effectiveness.

Dr. Cronin claimed that, if he were at Marco Loiacono place, he would have restrained from performing breast uplifting treatment on Ms. McCormack, on knowing about certain backdrops like the patient’s age and her habit of smoking. He further accused Mr. Loiacono for performing the treatment that did not fulfill even the basic standards and effectiveness.

The court heard Mr. Loiacono is now practicing in Italy and has not entered a defense in the proceedings. The court had decided to keep the case pending, after hearing that Ms. Cormark demanded Mr. Loiacono to get a full D cup size, was advised that she would recover very quickly from the surgery and relying on those representations she paid about €6,900, for the treatment.
