A new research has now found an easy way to control the amount we eat. The researchers from US have now revealed a big veracity that pertains to the quantity of food we eat daily. The researchers from US have now said that using bigger forks can now control the amount of food we eat daily.
With already many researches that have been conducted till now with focus on portion sizes and their influence on how much we eat, the present research conducted by US researchers has also looked at how big sizes can affect the quantities we eat.
As a part of research and to prove what researchers intended to, the researchers from US based their field research in a popular Italian restaurant by bringing in use two sizes of forks to fiddle with bite size. The researchers after the experiment found that the people with big forks ate less of their food when compared to the people with small forks.
The present research has for now paved a new way that can further move on to control the quantities we eat daily leading to less weight. The study has purportedly focused on using big forks and to have big bites so as to eat less.
