T-Mobile topped a poll of customer satisfaction, while 3 ranked bottom, UK telecoms regulator Ofcom said.
According to Ofcom’s Quality of Customer Service, T-Mobile and O2 topped the list, each with 72 per cent satisfied customers. O2 matched T-Mobile’s satisfaction score, but 11 per cent of its customers were not happy with its customer service.
Orange grabbed that third spot with 70 per cent satisfied customers, while Vodafone and Virgin Media were ranked at fourth spot, with each
Scoring 69 per cent satisfied customers.
Orange topped the list of the best broadband providers, with 76 per cent satisfied customers. BSkyB scored 60 per cent satisfaction, achieving the second spot.
BT and Virgin Media scored 57 per cent and 56 per cent satisfaction ratings respectively.
Broadband provider TalkTalk performed the worst with just 52 per cent satisfied customers.
Ofcom said tha survey would help customers decide which network or broadband provider they should choose for key services.
