The UK Call of Duty championship is all set to take place on August 7th at Sound Nightclub in London's Leicester Square.

In the event hosted and organized by Multiplay, the most excellent Call of Duty clans across the UK will compete to win a free trip to California for the Call of Duty XP event in LA on September 2-3 this year.

Call of Duty: Black Ops will be used in the UK qualifying event, and Call of Duty Elite will be live at the event to give participants an analysis of the match performances.

Call of Duty XP is also going to be the first time when players will get an opportunity to have their hands on with Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3's multiplayer.

Out of the total 128 competitors, just 4 players will get the chance to take part in the $1 million Call of Duty tournament, where best players from all around the world will take part. The star prize is $400, 000.
