Zumba Fitness maintained its top spot in the Chart Track's UK Software Sales list for the week ended July 30. It was seven weeks in a row and the tenth week overall when the fitness game grabbed the number 1 spot since it was rolled out earlier this year.
In case, Zumba Fitness gets the number 1 spot for one more week, it will match the first-place records held by super-hit games like Need for Speed: Underground 2 and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2.
Sales of Disney’s Cars 2, which is available on the Nintendo DS and Wii, doubled during the week, pushing the title to number 2 in the list.
Call of Juarez: The Cartel maintained its position at number 3, while Just Dance 2: Extra Songs, which also looks to get gamers active, jumped from number 18 to number 4.
Disney Interactive’s Lego Pirates of the Caribbean slipped one place to number 5.
The top 10 list rounded up with Rockstar’s LA Noire at number 9, and Activision’s Call of Duty: Black Ops at number 10.
