Kuwait Police Fines a Driver for Having Stinking Breath

As per reports, published by a renowned newspaper, The Arabic language daily Alanba, following a unique episode, a Kuwaiti police official, along with a car driver, too, left his police centre staff in a state of shock when he issued a ticket, which impounded the driver’s vehicle for two months because he has a bad mouth smell.

However, after the case’s publicity, all the readers, along with the newspaper staff, were forced to assume, if the ticket, which stated that just because of the foul mouth smell, he became liable to pay the plenty.

Meanwhile, giving their opinions about the issue, the police sources accounted that they were tremendously astonished by the event, because this first time when any police officials charged any person for having bad smell, while they continued to utter that till date they did not actually know how to deal with such cases and whether the bad mouth smell should include the seizure of the car for two months.

Moreover, they further claimed that the statement, which claimed that the bad smell certainly harmed the police officer, who charged the victim, certainly added to their surprise.

They added, “Will the motorist be fined; if so, how much will he have to pay and if his car is impounded, how long will it be in the police garage”.
