505 Games' “Zumba Fitness” continued to show its dominance by grabbing the top spot in the UK software sales charts for the 10th consecutive week ended August 20, but there are signs that the growth of the dance game’s popularity has declined.
Dance game Zumba Fitness, which is based on the Latin-inspired aerobic workout, is unlikely to maintain its top position as it saw an 18 per cent drop in sales over the past week.
Disney's “LEGO Pirates of the Caribbean”, which came at the number 2 position, is the closest contender for the top spot next week.
“Cars 2” and “The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D Edition” grabbed the third and fourth spots in the last week’s UK software sales charts, respectively, helped by increased interest in the 3DS and price cuts.
“FIFA 11”, “LEGO Harry Potter: Years 1-4”, Nintendo's “Xenoblade Chronicles” came at the fifth, sixth and seventh positions, respectively.
“DiRT 3” came at spot eighth; “Brink” climbed three places to grab ninth position; while LA Noire, which is available for Xbox 360 and PS3, rounded off the Top 10.
