Pictures of HTC Puccini tablet leaked ahead of its official announcement

Pictures of HTC Puccini tablet leaked ahead of its official announcementInternet is awash with leaked pictures of Taiwan-based HTC’s second tablet, strangely named Puccini.

The Android Honeycomb-based upcoming Puccini is bigger in size than the HTC’s existing tablet, the 7-inch Flyer, but its design is extremely similar to that of its predecessor.

The tablet reportedly features a larger 10.1-inch touchscreen with 1280x800 pixels resolution, a 1.5GHz dual-core QUALCOMM processor, and an 8-megapixel camera with dual flash, which makes the tablet distinct from the mediocre camera quality being offered by other Android tablets.

The list of other striking features of the HTC’s second-generation tablet includes 1GB of RAM, 16GB of internal SSD storage, support for LTE 4G connectivity.

In addition, Puccini is expected to bring HTC’s tablet-optimized Sense UI and support for the HTC Scribe technology.

The leaked pictures do not show any sign of the stylus pen button that is present on the Flyer. So we believe that the Puccini will not have the digital pen.

AT&T Branding suggest that the HTC Puccini will remain exclusive to the USA for a couple of months.
