In a recent survey, the European College of Psychopharmacology has claimed that approximately 38.2% of the European population, not less than 164.8 million people, suffers some sort of mental disorder such as dementia, depression, ADHD as well as various behavioral disorders including anxiety.
In addition, the latest report also revealed that women are more likely to suffer disorders such as depression and anxiety whereas men tend to choose alcohol as a stress reliever and become alcoholic.
While briefing about the study findings, one of the study author Hans-Ulrich Wittchen has marked deviated social set up, in which women are multitasking and need to take the work, family and children responsibilities all together, as a possible reason that makes women more prone to suffer these disorders.

Meanwhile, another study has claimed that marriage before 18 may makes women around 41% more prone to develop psychiatric disorders and also contributes significantly for the increased divorce rates. Further, the study has pinpointed early marriage for causing mental problems.
