Wake-up early in the morning and you will remain refreshed the whole day and wake-up late you will feel depressed the whole day, notifies a study.
The study revealed that if a person wakes up early in the morning then he will feel contended, fresh and vigorous the entire day and on the other hand if he wakes-up late he is more likely to feel lazy, depressed and might be obese.
The study questioned nearly 1,100 people online and asked them about their sleeping and eating schedules along with their contentment level, depression and physical fitness.
Through their responds it was observed that those people who prefer waking up early in the morning nearly before 7 am during weekdays, were more likely to stay happy and feel fresh throughout the day compared to their counterparts who prefer sleeping for long hours in the morning.
Roehampton University Dr. Joerg Huber stated that morning people tend to be contended and are physically fit with lower body mass index.
“The reasons may be down to the fact that getting morning chores out of the way and getting children to school more quickly helps people deal with hectic modern life”, Dr. Joerg stated in a British Psychological Society.
