Researchers are human-friendly and standing true on their status, one of the research has concluded that if an expecting mother wants to have a healthy baby then she should avoid consuming low-fat curd.
It has been found in the research being conducted by Dr .Ekaterina Maslova, of the Harvard School of Public Health, Boston, US. She said pregnant women who take low-fat yoghurt daily once in a day are 1.6% more likely to have babies, who would develop asthma problem and hay fever.
It could be due to absence of good fatty acids, said Dr .Ekaterina Maslova, who further affirmed that research in this matter would be conducted and for now they have suspected on one factor and soon other factors would be revealed.
She also cleared doubts that milk does not come sin the above category and it is necessary for healthy pregnancy and in order to confirm that she followed some 62,000 women in Netherlands who took milk once a day, as a part of their healthy routine and it was found that milk acted as shield for those women.
Detailed findings of the study would be presented at the annual meeting of the European Respiratory Society, which is going to be held in Amsterdam on Sunday.
