The intervention plans that encourage healthy diets would turn out fruitful in reducing the mortality rates due of the cardiovascular disease (CVD) by nearly 50%, a study suggests.
Researchers from University of Liverpool stated that unhealthy eating habits of the individuals leads to cardiovascular diseases and, if these unhealthy diets are restricted or denied then a person will have less chances of suffering such diseases. Healthy diets have the capability of improving the health standards of individuals which would have productive impact on them.
The researchers have also notified that diets like fruits, vegetables, fish and sea food has the capability of reducing the risk of CVD deaths.
Institute of Psychology, Health and Well-being professor Simon Capewell stated that the plans that involve the scrutiny of the diets may help in reducing the CVD related deaths. Smoking injunction and healthy diets can make a person lead a better and fit life.
The study also notified that the plans which have been initiated to discourage the people from smoking have had a positive impact on the society. Also, eating low-calorie and high-fiber food can help individuals cut down the risk of heart as well as many other chronic conditions.
