Square Enix’s Tetsuya Nomura has hinted about a follow-up to “The World Ends With You” video game.
Tetsuya Nomura, the creative force behind both the design & character art for The World Ends With You game, said that series was still being worked on at Square Enix.
When asked about a sequel to concerned game in an interview with Famitsu, Tetsuya Nomura said, “Neku's appearance could be taken as notice of something to come.” He added that something was being worked on.
It may be noted here that Neku (the main character in cult hit The World Ends With You) last week appeared in the trailer for Kingdom hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance, triggering rumors that Square Enix was working on a sequel to the game.
The work on Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance has reportedly been 60 to 70 per cent completed and the game is expected to be available in spring in Japan.
