In an incident of breach in cleanliness and safety measures at a McDonald's outlet in Geraldton, it was revealed that a toddler was found chewing a used condom in the play area of the outlet. It was a disgusting incident when the girl's father saw her little angle chewing on a used condom.

This calls for a serious probe in the health and security standards of the outlet and they need to find out who was responsible for this act of insanity. The girl's father revealed that he washed his baby's mouth several times with soap and water, and further made her go through a complete check-up.

"Other people grabbed their kids and just about jumped the fence", said the father. He revealed that when he took this matter to the authorities, they said that this was the second condom found in the play area in that day, and that they were looking into the matter `very seriously'.

Safety and cleanliness need to be the top priority of such huge food chains and there is need for them to check their standards thousands of times.

The food chain owner promised that they are digging deep into the matter to find out who is responsible for this.
