Game developer FromSoftware's forthcoming Dark Souls, a successor to the PS 3 exclusive Demons Souls, is expected to re-describe the meaning of a core gamers.
To be published by Namco Bandai, Dark Souls is hard but never unfair to gamers as every aspect of the game's software has been designed to target the knowing gamers.
Even before the starting of the game, the players are allowed to choose the length of their arms. The players are expected to have knowledge of their personal preferences as well as the effects of the options they choose.
The new title presents a tutorial to players keen to explore, but it doesn't feature window pop-up or input/command structure. It instead chooses to passes the instructions through messages.
By the time a player advances past the opening scenes in the game, he/she acquires the knowledge of the fundamentals of control and item usage.
Dark Souls will be released on Xbox 360 and PS 3 on 7th of October this year.
