With 'GET IN THE GAME: Training for happiness' message the Mental Health Foundation is asking New Zealanders to relax and also focus on their mental health as fever of rugby matches is quite high.
The Mental Awareness Week is going on and the foundation found it as an appropriate time for New Zealand people to think a bit of their mental health as well. The Chief Executive of the Mental Health Foundation, Judi Clements, was of the view that all Blacks are determined to get that cup and it is thought that they could lose mental balance if cup does not come their way. One of the best ways is to spread love around your life and once one does it, he could feel the difference.
The other way could be to grab little opportunities and not letting them go away and once you achieve them, you could realize instantaneous results.
A lot of activities have been planned in order to spread mental awareness in the country, some of them being musical nights, Zumba competitions, art exhibition, mental awareness quotes T-shirts and a book launch. Much more is there in goodie bag but as celebration week approaches, it would be revealed.
