According to Research In Motion Ltd., Blackberry services have improved drastically in various nations, and the company has managed well to make place in US and Canada.
According to the developer of Blackberry, the company has observed lots of interchanging activities in services. The company is trying to provide complete services to customers and groups appointed overseas are also trying to provide continuous services.
The improvement in service had been conducted by the company after hearing a number of complains about interruption in functioning of the device in all 5 continents. The problem has been due to troubled internet connectivity overseas. The company has claimed that the technical faults have been solved and that the customers will not face any inconvenience here further.
Also, the RIM has been waiting for the technical faults to get resolved so that the company could forward some data to its overseas customers. On Wednesday, Blackberry users in Japan, Singapore and North America also experienced interruptions while accessing their phones. The technical fault resulted in affecting the governmental offices, employees, emergency call receivers and also the ones who accessed the message services.
As per Robin Bienfait, Chief Information Officer of RIM, the Canada-based owner of Blackberry, "You've depended on us for reliable, real-time communications, and right now we're letting you down. We are taking this very seriously and have people around the world working around the clock to address this situation”.
