The former has purchased assets from the latter for a sum that hasn’t been made public. They have bought healthcare software asset from Microsoft, which is supposed to come handy in their day to day operations.

Orion is a company that specializes in healthcare software making. It was revealed by Ian McCrae from Orion that the purchase from Microsoft has completed their goal for this year and it shall now be able to provide healthcare software to their hospitals. This is essential for the smooth and effective functioning of hospitals as they will now be able to keep records easily as well as render care efficiently due to effective track keeping of the needs of the patients.

Mr. McCrae is of the view that this was a part of the yearly goal for the firm for taking it to new heights and making the turnover to reach $1 billion, in the next few years to come.

He further revealed that they are going to expand their services in the time to come and add additional staff for the same purpose. There is need for effective planning so that the good work for the firm continues and they eventually reach their goals.
