No Imposing Risk of Cancer by Using Cellphone, For Now

CellphoneIt has been revealed in a recent study that the excess usage of cell phones might actually not be so harmful for a person, and it might not pose a risk of cancer.

This has been revealed after an extensive study conducted by a team of researchers from Denmark. The research involved as many as 350,000 people, for a period of 18 years.

They conducted a research to find out the difference in the carcinogen levels of the people using too much cell phone and the ones who did not.

"This paper supports most other reports which do not find any detrimental effects of using phone under normal exposures”, said Malcolm Sperrin from the Britain Royal Berkshire Hospital.

The research was conducted by the team from the Institute of Cancer Epidemiology. They were of the view that this as well as a number of other studies are of the view that there is negligible difference between the carcinogen levels of the phone users and the ones who don’t.

Cell phone users might not have to fear about putting themselves to a great risk of brain cancer now. Experts however are of the view that the scare is not entirely put off and that people still need to remain careful about how long they spend with their cell phones

There was a long running scare that was raised in the past about the impending risk of brain cancer through usage of too much cell phone. It still needs to be determined which of the two is closer to reality. There is need for more effective studies to be conducted so that people can be appropriately guided about whether or not over-usage of phone is a threat.
