Exercise More to Eat Healthier“Exercising is good for health” is the term that we are learning since our childhood. But, there are some more benefits that exercising can do to our body.

Medical professionals and US researchers have claimed that exercising more improves eating habits of people, due to which their brains sometimes starts citing minor changes. Professor Miguel Alonso is a researcher at Harvard University in Boston. In his study, he collected some important data from epidemiological studies with the help of which, he has recently suggested that eating a healthy diet and doing right amount of physical exercises are important for a person’s health.

But, if a person increases his physical activity then the new change is usually linked to a parallel improvement in diet quality. “Understanding the interaction between exercise and a healthy diet could improve preventative and therapeutic measures against obesity by strengthening current approaches and treatments. Physical exercise seems to encourage a healthy diet”, Alonso said in a statement.

He further explained in his statement that adding exercise to a weight-loss diet automatically improves the results of the treatment of obesity, and its chances to become successful becomes brighter resulting which the diet is adhered to in the long run as well.

Earlier also, many studies have been done to study the relation between exercise, diet programs, obesity and other changes in the body. It was noted previously that regular physical exercise cause some or other changes in the working and structure of the brain. But, recent studies suggest that the best way to shed pounds is to take a healthy diet and do regular exercise.
