In a precautionary move, a handful of products of TejavaAr Premium Iced Tea, in 12 oz glass bottles, are being summoned up from all over the country because of the probable presence of glass pieces which might prove dangerous and dodgy in case they are swallowed by users.
As per reports, as many as 13 production batches of 12-ounce glass bottles of the tea are being recalled from all parts of the nation over suspicions of glass fragments present inside the products, as revealed in a recently released statement by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
However, there are no reports of any sort of injuries related to the consumption of the glass segments, as of now. But still, the products are being recalled since they can be harmful and deadly if swallowed.

However, the company officials have claimed that Tejava Premium Iced Tea's one-liter bottles are not much affected by the recent recall. On the other hand, users can search for the production lot codes on the rear side of the bottle label and also on the long panel of the case tray.
People who bought products belonging to the recalled group are advised to return them to the store they purchased it from. In exchange, they can get coupons from the store on replacing the product, or they can also opt for a credit.
