Daniel Weinberg, who is the only man behind the nation’s census, will make use of the Internet in collecting the nation’s population and household data. Accepting the suggestions for improvement and making the changes that are feasible without accepting unwarranted risk to the program are the major challenges. It has to be ensured that the troops in field are supported logistically and paid on time.
Census Bureau in Buffalo considers that it was a wise use of taxpayer money aired during the Super Bowl as the Census Bureau was able to convey a message to 100 million people at an average cost of 25 cents per viewer. It is far less than the cost of a postage stamp.
"I don't think everybody knows the census is coming up and even if they know perhaps they don't understand the importance of responding", said Robert Coffey.
