Man Washed Ashore, Identity Might Be Revealed Through His Ample TattoosThe Police have recently revealed that the body that had been washed to the shore at the Hampshire beach could be identified with the help of tattoos. The body was found by a person on the junction of the Bosmere Road and Southwood Road, on the Hayling Island.

The officers have so far revealed that the body is of a white man, about 50 to 60 years of age. It was further revealed that he has a stocky build, is 6 feet 5 inches tall.

There haven't been any claims made for his identification so far. The police are of the view that the skull tattoo that he has could relate him to being a Native American.

It has further been revealed about the man, that he was wearing dentures on the right side of his mouth and his hair was cut in a crew cut, with receding grays.

Bout the man's clothes, it was revealed that he was wearing an Easy Brand jean, with a black t-shirt, and brown Chelsea style boots, size 44.

He has a mum and dad tattoo near his heart and inside the right arm, he has the eagle tattoo which says `Eric'.

He has another tattoo on his forearm, which is a bird, and another which has a skull, a face, a black panther and the words `Forever Wales' written on it.

"There is nothing to suggest this man is local and, for that reason, we are focusing right along the coast incorporating Hampshire and the Isle of Wight, Devon and Cornwall, Dorset and up to Wales", said the police.

They are currently looking for further clues about how he died and how his body was washed ashore, meanwhile the police are of the view that the tattoos might bring some sort of clue about his originality.
