Fitness teachers and instructors always push people to get their hands into exercising routines as well because exercising has always been considered as an important factor to keep one’s body, fit and healthy too.
Somewhat same results have come up again from the finding of an international study that was run recently over children to know positive effects of exercising among those young minds.
From the results of the study, researchers noticed that exercising helps students perform better in schools and thus they must be involved in exercising no matter how the activity is included in their daily chart. Researchers urged that the school authorities in any format must include exercising in children’s daily chart be it any physical education class, during recess time or while children are on the way to school.
Ms. Amika Singh is one of the researchers of the study, findings of which have been published in the Archives of Pediatrics & Adolescent Medicine. The findings have clearly highlighted that the schools must not (as most of U. S. schools usually does) cut physical activity time from the chart to compromise same time in favor of more academic test preparation.
Ms. Singh also confirmed that schools and parents must equally prioritize both academics as well as exercising routines for their children as both stands equally important in life.
"Maybe it's an activity break, stand up every half an hour in class and do something", said Singh, from VU University Medical Center in Amsterdam. "It might mean going to school by bike ... Any kind of physical activity you can think of. It doesn't mean only the physical education standard class”, she added. The above findings have been concluded by the researchers post reviewing 14 studies in respect to same.
