While a lot is being said about what to eat and not to eat, it is being said that milk could suffice the purpose of one being mentally sharp. There is no second thought regular intake of milk could make one more physically strong but now a study found that it could make one more intelligent.
For the research, a team from the University of Maine in the U. S asked 972 men and women, from the age of 23 to 98, to share their opinion about their diet through a detailed questionnaire. The team further made them go through an array of eight rigorous tests to examine their concentration power and mental ability.
The team showed that those whose intake included dairy products and that too for at least five times a week, performed really well than others. This revelation made the team conclude that those who are on regular intake of such healthy products have certainly more mental strength than others gorging on junk food.
There is a lot one can get if they are having milk products on regular basis and this is what could even shove off risk attached with range of health concerns, including heart diseases and high blood pressure. It is necessary that one takes a better care of what they are eating and don't just jump on whatever being served.
It is necessary for one and all to track what they are actually eating so that they can be left assured about their future life. Balanced diet with full of essential nutrients is a must for one and all to live a healthy life. There is need for people to bring about positive changes in their life so that they can get rid of diseases which come with unhealthy diet and sedentary life style.
