Mumbai Hosts India’s Tallest Residential BuildingAs per recent reports, it has been informed that the tallest residential tower in India has been inaugurated in Mumbai. Scaling a skyscraping 1000 feet above the sea level, the "World Towers" are planted in a huge 18-acre area at Lodha Place in Upper Worli, the urban centre in Mumbai. Reports have also claimed that Lodha Place has been envisaged as an immensely superlative and world-class district, along the lines of the historic Eaton Square in London and the modern-day Roppongi Hills in the city of Tokyo.

The development highlights two towering towers, which have been built all around a courtyard at the centre. The two towers, World One and the World Crest, have reportedly drawn a large number of famous international brands for its services and management. These consist of Armani Casa that will be handling the interior design of the towers, while the famous spa brand "Six Senses" will be taking care of the spa. In addition, the concierge services will be provided by "Quintessentially".

While expressing his opinion regarding the world-class construction and the positive consequences the complex can have in the look and feel of Mumbai, when viewed from an international angle, and on the infrastructure industry of India, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for Liases Foras, Pankaj Kapoor, claimed, "The mall market in India has matured and if the location and construction is not right, it will be difficult for any developer to succeed".

The World One will be offering ultra-luxurious three and four bedroom apartments, dubbed "World Residences", which will reportedly span in excess of 117 floors. In addition, it will offer a world of world-class facilities, including the likes of generous exclusive "World Villas" having private pools and a limited figure of duplex "World Mansions" that are on offer on the 86th floor and beyond.
